Her son’s high school mountain bike team became the
perfect way for 10-year bike racer Martha Flynn to give
back. She started out just helping the team, but inspired
by what she was seeing, Martha looked to do more. The
Minnesota league’s chief course marshal volunteer
position allowed the former nurse to combine her
professional skills in risk management with a passion for
cycling. Her team and her league feel privileged to have
the wisdom and organization Martha brings to the sport.
