Renthal Fatbar Lite Carbon
Lite just became lighter
As a company known for their excellent aluminum handlebars and
sprockets, Renthal is making waves with their new carbon fiber handlebar, the Fatbar Lite Carbon. With the same bend options as their aluminum version, the Carbon comes in at a scant 6. 3 ounces—claiming to
be the lightest on the market—at a trail-worthy 29.1-inch width. Aside
from being lightweight, the Fatbar Lite Carbon is designed to offer a
superior ride feel to their metal counterparts. They are available in 10-,
20-, 30- and 40-millimeter rise options and sell for $160.
A bike-shop mechanic’s dream come true
For mechanics at work or at home, Lezyne’s new suspension floor pump offers a level of ergonomic comfort and ease
of use a traditional hand pump just can’t. The Shock Digital
Drive’s aluminum barrel is extra narrow to make its max
psi of 300 easy to reach. The accurate digital gauge takes the
guesswork out of suspension setup, and the two-piece-thread
chuck design means that you don’t lose any air when you
detach the hose. The pump is available for $110.
