Using a 4-millimeter hex key (if your shock is a DHX 5.0), turn the
boost volume adjustment at the end of the reservoir to full open
(counterclockwise until it stops).
Using your shock pump, set the pressure of the boost chamber
(located at the end of your reservoir) to 140 psi. Note: The shock
should never be cycled with less than 125 psi in the boost
chamber, as this can cause the shock to form an air pocket in
the damper fluid and require that the shock be rebuilt.
Then, turn the red rebound adjuster clockwise until it stops.
After it stops, slowly turn and count back 12 clicks on the red
rebound adjuster at the shaft end of your shock for an ideal
starting rebound setting.
